Employee Code of Conduct

        We start with the Employee Code of Conduct (the “Code”), which represents our basic standards of ethical behavior. It underscores our commitment to compliance with laws and regulations; it alerts our employees to critical issues that require consideration and caution; it helps detect and prevent actions that may violate the Company’s policies or compromise its reputation.
        Ethical behavior is not always easy to define. However, fairness, honesty, respect and trust – which are inherent in our value systems – are its principal characteristics. As employees of SWC, we are committed to honesty in our dealings with each other and our customers, and trustworthiness in our words and our deeds. The basic requirement is that we conduct ourselves in a responsible manner and do what is right.
